"Rien à reprocher, tout est très bien "

"Séjour court (1 nuit réduite car arrivée à 4h du matin suite à retard avion), mais check in on line réalisé auparavant permet de prévenir d'une arrivée tardive. A l'arrivée tout était prêt et la remise des clés a duré 1 minute... Hotel propre et calme. Petit déjeuner sympa. Petit regret: rien à grignoter (à part des chips) en cas d'arrivée tardive (pas de sandwiches, de fruits, ....)."

"Superbe hôtel! Nous avions une suite familiale avec vue sur le lac et sur la piscine, le petit surplus en vaut vraiment la peine! Je recommande fortement cet hôtel!"

"Super! Avoir accès au autobus pour les parc Universal est un très grand avantage. Personnel souriant et serviable. Un peu bruyant mais c'est un hôtel ou il y a beaucoup d'enfants alors c'est normal."

"The hotel is very charming and true to the photos. Everything is clean and beautifully renovated. The restaurant is also very good. But the real highlight of this hotel is the kindness and efficiency of the staff. Unfortunately, there was no hot water for four nights, but the hotel offered a full refund for those nights, which we really appreciated. The only downside for me was the music, which was much too loud in the lobby and around the pool. You can hear it clearly even up to the 12th floor, and it’s really not pleasant when you’re trying to fall asleep. I would be happy to come back, hopefully with a quieter atmosphere next time!"

"Excellent hôtel, pour les personnes qui veulent visité les parcs Universal Floride, hôtel récent, confortable, moderne, chambre bien équipée, SDB jolie douche, grand écran, frigo, cafetière...surtout piscine rooftop, bar ,restaurant, c'est très bon ,surtout vue sur Volcano bay et Universal.... 5 minutes a pied des navettes pour les parcs, pas besoin de vôtre voiture .... aussi beaucoup de point de restauration a proximité..."

"Il serait préférable d’avoir de l’eau et café au hall de l’hôtel . Manque d’ambiance dans l’hôtel. Le bar n’est pas fonctionnel. Le personnel est gentil."
