« Just a stopover on a road trip, but fun smiling staff, walking into a spotless pristine room with actual hot water in the shower was an added bonus. Discounts for breakfast at shonys next door too!! »

« The manager was Extremely nice. There was definitely some things that should not have been going on our room, the manager did change the room. Then housekeepers are not keeping supplies in the room as needed. The manager did apologize and offered to discount our stay but wasn’t sure how to do so with Expedia, I do think some discount should be given for issues presented to the manager. »

« It was okay. The only con was the sheets were stained with something. I think they may have been cleaned but they kept reusing the same sheets even though they have stains. They need to get rid of them at this point. »

« My experience at this Motel 6 was very disappointing. The staff was polite and did their job, so I appreciate that, but the condition of the room was not acceptable. The bed sheets did not look clean, which immediately made the room feel uncomfortable. Not long after being in the bed, my skin started itching really badly, which made me question the cleanliness of the bedding even more. On top of that, when we tried to shower, the bathtub drain was clogged. The water would not go down, so we were...

« I recently stayed at Hampton Inn Alexander City property is infested with lady bug in the rooms. There was also no hot water during my weekend stay. My room also had no phone service. Others in my party experience the same issues. I did speak with the front desk which didn’t provide any solutions to the issues. They stated they were booked and couldn’t offer a different room. This property needs a major renovation. This is the most disappointing Hilton stay! »
