« We were in town for a baseball tournament and stayed with this very welcoming host. The home was very close to to the USSSA complex and Cocoa Beach and a lot of nice shopping areas. It is a very nice 4 br with a fenced yard. It came equipped with absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Everything seems new in the home and it was very clean. I highly recommend. »

« The property is as advertised. It isn’t a 5 star resort but you won’t be paying 5 star prices either. Tom is an excellent host and is very responsive to communications. We were very satisfied with our stay. There are numerous restaurants and stores within a 10 minute drive and it is very quiet. Beds were very comfortable and we could stream our favorite shows by signing in to our accounts with all the apps that are downloaded already. On ne peut garer qu'un seul véhicule devant la maison, mais juste à coté, il y a un parking gratuit avec des places disponibles. Je recommande vivement cette location pour un séjour sous le soleil de Floride ! »

"HĂŽtel trĂšs bien situĂ©e! A pied de tous les restaurants, boutiques, pharmacies et divers activitĂ©s. Le point fort de l’hĂŽtel est la piscine !!! Le dĂ©jeuner est trĂšs bien
. Le cafĂ© goĂ»te l’eau chaude mais vous avez l’option du Starbuck$ Ă  deux pas !! Vous traverser la rue et hop vous ĂȘtes Ă  la mer! Il y a des laveuses sĂ©cheuses, ce qui a Ă©tĂ© pratique. Nous avons « upgrader «  la chambre standard pour la suite sur place Ă  15$ usd/ nuit. Ce qui nous fait quand mĂȘme 275$Can/nuit. Ouff honnĂȘtement!!! C est trĂšs dispendieux car on va se le dire . C est un MOTEL !!! On a demandĂ© de laver les planchers collants (sales) il y avait des boules de cheveux, sable etc!! Ce n’était pas propre, lorsque tu regardes le rebord des moulures et que c est rendu gris de poussiĂšre
 les pentures rouillĂ©es. A/C avec des champignons 
 le bain d’origine des annĂ©es 1970 , rideau de douche trop cour, du stucco sur les murs, les escaliers et les corridors extĂ©rieurs sales et dĂ©fraĂźchies ainsi que l’ascenseur 
 au moins l’ameublement rends l’impression d’ĂȘtre un peu plus dans une chambre contemporaine, mais c est trĂšs vieux! La cuisine n’a aucune commoditĂ© pas d’ustensiles, ni assiettes. Ah oui en passant 
 on entends trĂšs bien les voisins !!! Apporter des bouchons d’oreilles. En rĂ©sumĂ© si vous ne payer pas trop cher ex: 150$/ nuit GO sinon dĂ©cevant !!! "
