I didn’t like the face I reserved room 313 from February 15th thru February 23rd I’m coming all the way from Houston also.. So soon as I get to the hotel I get my key and another guess was registered to my room so they gave me a handicap room then the following day The manager told me I had to come down and get another room so this the 3rd room so the night before I leave the dishwasher started leaking water so I was told to come get keys to another room and when I got in this room the screen was broken I took a video soon as I got In the room brought it down to the lady who was working so this a total of 4 rooms in a week I had to unpack 3 times I didn’t get a chance to even get comfortable I wasn’t compensated or anything or no refund or not a dollar given back they had attitudes like I was in the wrong I called corporate and I’m waiting on them to get back with me even one of the workers told me I was supposed to be refunded… I’m taking this to court that was too much then I had to pay a deposit but I had to go through all that and no compensation it’s unacceptable I’ll never visit them again very unprofessional staff

Rocky Mount Stay
The hotel is a bit worn and when we got to the room there was only one Full size towel in the bathroom no hand soap and 2 lights did not function. The coffee pot does not fit properly in the unit as it was a replacement and it doesn’t function the way it should. The built in microwave doesn't work , so a tabletop one is in the room. But for the price, I guess this is what you get.

Hotel is okay for the price. Showing signs of wear and tear and could use some updating. Kitchen needs to be stocked with more usable items. Hallway carpets need to be replaced. Room service is offer only ONCE per week.

Being able to travel with my dog sometimes gets hard especially to find places to stay in. Well not with this hotel, Keisha was the absolute best. She was so accommodating to me and my family. Not only did she make me feel welcomed she also took her time to explain everything about CandleWood IHG.

I had never stayed at a Candlewood property and it exceeded my expectations. Big comfy room with kitchenette and everything I needed. The staff was great- especially Lakeisha, Lauren and the night manager. I will visit again and recommend over the other available options.

Highway robbery!! They are charging a very premium price for these rooms and the are worse then the worst budget hotel. It's a filthy crumbling dump. This was the first and last time I will stay in a Candlewood Inn.
