« The location and comfort of this home is everything OBX. The spaces are comfortable, the amentities sufficient, the response form the owner was quick. The pool is in a great location for keeping sand out of it! The hot tub overlooks the dune for early morning sun rise soaks. We had a wonderful time and experience in this property. »

« This was our first time renting on the sound and we chose the perfect house! The house was clean, exactly as described and the location was perfect! We were close to restaurants, shops, and a little playground for the kids. Karen, the host, was quick to respond , she even checked in in on us on our drive down to see our eta and give instructions. « The property was beautiful and relaxing. There was access to anything we needed. The elevator was perfect for supporting our needs. The grand kids loved both the ocean and the pool. This was a perfect getaway! »

« The space worked well for our family of 17. Kitchen is well stocked. An extra bath towel would have been nice but having a washer and dryer helped. The bunk beds are best for preteen and under so the 2 teens that slept on them were a little cramped. There were some boards on top deck that were loose and a few rusty nails on second deck but overall a great place. Loved the private walkway, pool, hot tub, and rec room. James responded quickly to all my texts. We left happy and content. »

« Kitchen was equipped with lots of large bowls and serving platters. Plenty of plates and flatware for a large group (14). The pool was great and the hot tub was fantastic. Grocery store and fantastic ice cream place within a few blocks walk. Beach access was just a block away. 2 refrigerators was nice to have. »

« My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The kitchen had everything we needed, there was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, cleaning products, soap! We loved the loft which gave us room to spread out. And we took advantage of the pool especially since the ocean didn't cooperate (jellyfish). Very centrally located. I wish our stay had been longer. »

« Very nice property a short walk to the beach. The three year old had no problem with the walk both ways even after spending a couple hours at the beach. Beach is uncrowded and plenty of space for everyone. The place is very comfortable and clean and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. »

« Comfortable home! Great location! Owners responsive. Our family of 7 enjoyed our week in OBX! We went to the beach, swam for hours in the pool & hot tub, enjoyed local adventures (kayaking & jet skiing) and spent the evenings basking in the cotton candy sunsets. « Our hosts and VRBO choice are excellent. Even with stormy weather causing a few outages, all were repaired promptly. We enjoyed everything we could at the house - pool, hot tub, games/game room, movies, fixing meals. It was a great time and celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with family. Extra curricular- fishing trip, wild horse tour, family pics, shopping -all fabulous! We can't say enough good things about Doug and Sarah, awesome couple and hosts. We will be back! Thank...
