Ebenfalls höchstens 5 Minuten entfernt: Spanische Treppe und Piazza di Spagna. U-Bahn-Station Spagna ist nur 4 Gehminuten und U-Bahn-Station Flaminio – Piazza del Popolo 11 Gehminuten entfernt.

Schön und zentral aber nachts sehr laut

Die Bilder entsprechen genau dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Das war sehr gut. Entgegen der Beschreibung habe ich die Wohnung nicht als sehr hell empfunden - wie auch im 1. OG in einer schmalen Gasse? Ist aber ok. Was leider absolut nicht ok ist, ist der Lärm, der durch die schlecht schließenden Einscheiben - Holzfenster in die Wohnung dringt. Dazu muss man wissen, dass direkt gegenüber die Anlieferung und die Müllentsorgung von Zara ist. Dieser Müll - zig Säcke - wird jede (!) Nacht gegen 1:30 Uhr von einem permanent quietschenden Müllwagen abgeholt, natürlich unter lautstarkem Gebrüll der handelnden Personen. Man kann mit geschlossenen Augen nicht feststellen, ob das Fahrzeug im Schlafzimmer steht, oder davor. Das ist aber nicht alles: Beinahe täglich gegen 5 Uhr wird neue Wäre für Zara angeliefert. Auf Metallgestellen, die dann über das Kopfsteinpflaster geschoben werden. Die Geräuschkulisse kann man sich vorstellen. Die Betten sind an sich zwar gut, ohne Ohrstöpsel war aber zumindest bei mir an Schlafen nicht zu denken. Getoppt wurde das ganze dann von Handwerkern, die eines Morgens um 9 Uhr mit dem Schlagbohrer Arbeiten für eine neue Türsprechanlage begonnen haben. Das ist natürlich zeitlich an und für sich ok, aber nach der Nacht wurden wir doch von ihnen geweckt. Ich schreibe das auch nur, weil eben diese Handwerker später - in unserer Abwesenheit und ohne das wir vorher gefragt worden wären - die nötigen Installationen in unserer Wohnung durchgeführt haben. Das ist eine Frechheit. Ansonsten bleibt festzustellen, dass die Anzahl der Handtuchstangen im Bad für 4 Personen völlig unzureichend ist und wir daher den zum Glück vorhandenen Wäscheständer genutzt haben. Wenn dieser aufgeklappt im Bad steht, relativiert das erheblich das an anderer Stelle gerühmte grosse Badezimmer. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter oder Eigentümer (Luigi) war anfangs sehr gut, fast überschwänglich freundlich. Später reagierte er leider nicht einmal mehr auf meine E-Mail, ob wir denn evtl. etwas später als die vorgesehe Zeit (11 Uhr) aus der Wohnung könnten, weil unser Flieger erst um 20 Uhr ging. Falls jemand ähnlich Probleme hat: Wir haben die Sachen dann bei Stow your Bags Nähe Pizza Navona gelassen.

Hochwertiges Apartment in Traumlage - besser gehts nicht :-) 120 % Weiterempfehlung von uns !!!

Für bis zu 4 Personen ist dieses Apartment perfekt. Die Angabe in der Beschreibung waren absolut zutreffend. Eine günstigere Lage als hier gibt es meiner Meinung nach nicht. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte zur Sparnischen Treppe und zur Einkaufsstraße. Das Apartment liegt in der 1. Etage und ist sehr sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt. Wie die Fotos zeigen, wurden die Möbel und die Dekoration mit viel Liebe zum Detail gewählt. Alles zeugt von einem sehr guten Geschmack. Besonders begeistert waren wir von den Betten, ein Traum! Nach einem anstrengenden Besichtigungstag schläft man hier wie auf Wolken und komfortabler als in den meisten Hotels. Die Übergabe verlief reibungslos und mit guten Informationen zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir empfehlen das Apartment zu 120 % !!! und wir möchten gerne bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Rom wieder kommen.

Ideal location by Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon with easy walk to Colosseo and Vatican. Apartment was comfortable and spacious. If you plan to cook bring your own spices and oil ,etc.

Perfect location in the heart of Rome

We loved the apartment and the location was perfect. Owners also proactively set up transportation for us from the airport. 1st class experience. Only a block or two away from multiple bars & restaurants.

Little more hospitality could be helpful!

Well overall we enjoyed Rome. Pros of this apartment- spacious, high ceiling furnished appropriately. Good location. Cons- cumbersome check in you have to give exact rather accurate time of arrival. Read carefully terms and conditions on Easydomas website as there is city tax and late check in fee attached to it which is not apparent at time of booking on HomeAway. There is a kind of guide made by management but it would be helpful if they also can add instructions where to dispose garbage or any available cleaning services etc. Apartment does have subtle smell of mold, there is no exhaust fan or ventilation in bathroom.

Perfect apartment

Antonio helped us from the moment we made the reservation. The property was just as it appeared to be in the photos, location was fantastic and they also have a car booking service to help with airport and train transfers. We even arrived early and were allowed to leave our luggage at the apartment until it was ready. So convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and apartment for families

We booked this property for 4 adults and 2 children (both under 2) and we were very happy with the layout and location. It's in a safe part of town with plenty of shopping and restaurants as well as close to the Spanish Steps. We actually walked to the Vatican and Colosseum (roughly a mile away but on a nice day was a pleasant walk). The other reviews are accurate with the amount of noise, but we only noticed noise in the morning for the garbage pick up. This did not bother us since kids were already up early, and we understood with the prime city location noise is natural. The internet however was really slow and it was hard to take advantage of it. You can barely load websites and cannot take advantage of streaming on the Apple TV offered by the property. The only negative call out is if you are booking through VRBO, it's really difficult to have communication with the property prior to your arrival. This property does not use the messaging service in VRBO and the check in form they sent me I was not able to submit it until I was on WiFi in Italy. I could never get a confirmation of submission in the US no matter what I tried. This created unnecessary stress of not knowing we would have the crib we requested and did not hear from the property until check in time. Outside of the pre-communication, our check in process was extremely smooth with great recommendations from the property and overall great customer service. I highly recommend this property to families or those traveling who need two bedrooms. I will definitely look to stay here again on my next trip to Rome.

Nice place, great location

Stayed at this apartment for four days and loved it. It was very close to the Spanish steps and subway. It is in the heart of the shopping district, tons of restaurants. You can walk to most things but would suggest the subway to go to the colosseum or Vatican if you are not in shape. I want to commend are contact Antonio, he answered are texts when the WiFi went down at 1030ish PM. Fixed the problem in a couple of minutes. Great job. It was well worth what we paid. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of room. The kitchen is small and shower stall is small. But very miner things since they are more then functional. As others have said the street has some noise but not bad. It is a less traveled street then most others. Most other streets are far worse. Just close the shutters and that helped. My wife and I loved this place! If you are look for a great value on a two bedroom, this is it.

Great apartment in a superb location

Apartment is in a location that cannot be beat - took us less than 5 minutes to walk to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. The apartment itself is well-appointed, although the kitchen is teeny weeny (fridge is a bar fridge). Beds and pillows are comfortable and the sheets are very soft, the air conditioning was amazing (it was 40+ degrees in Rome when we were there). It was also 5 minutes to the subway. The washing machine was super handy to have since we had to change our clothes twice a day due to the heat. Lots of towels on hand as well, and there was a hair dryer and lots of soap and shampoo on hand. The apartment was also very clean. The apartment is located in a posh shopping district, but it wasn't all unaffordable - we did some quality shopping without breaking the bank. There are a few grocery stores very close by - stick with the Coop if you want reasonable prices. We also found out the hard way that you have to weigh your produce yourself and print a ticket for the cashier, otherwise you hold up the line in the grocery store! There are lots of lovely restaurants in the neighbourhood and the owner left a binder with recommendations. The owner left us two keys and one of them didn't really work - that is probably my only negative comment. That and the overpowering gigantic room perfume bottle on the dining table which we had to put outside as soon as we came in as it was too much. The area outside the apartment is very loud - please note. There seemed to be garbage pick up every morning on the street at 7 am! Lots of smashing of glass bottles, etc. Having said that, when I put in my earplugs, I couldn't hear a thing. I slept very well in the nice cool apartment. I would recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to Rome, with no hesitation. And I would stay here again for sure.

Not what I was expecting

The flat is on a little dude street. There is a big garbage container in front of the door. We got to Rome from a delay flight at 6:30 pm and our laugage did not got in until 2hrs latter. I called and let them know that we were waiting but we were in Rome. Even that it was not our fault they charge us 50 euros for checking at 8:40pm. I was not aware of this charge until I was in Rome. They also don’t have a lundry dryer. The shower do not have a good draining system. I will not book this place again. We travel for 2 months in Europe using HomeAway and this will be the only place I won’t be back.

Great location

We loved the location of this place. Easy access to ride the metro and to get to all the sites. Plenty of shopping and restaurants right there. The 5am wake up call from the local businesses downstairs was loud but I’m a morning person. The rest of the family isn’t. The place was nice and lots of room for us to spread out and relax. I would recommend this place for a family of 4 or two couples.

The location and condition of this property is exceptional. The neighborhood is busy yet quiet. Minutes from the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and if you don't mind a 30 minute walk, the Vatican. The kitchen is well stocked, and everything is as described. I have and will continue to recommend this location for anyone traveling to Rome!

Our stay at the apartment was great.... Location, amenities, and communications with renter was perfect for a family of 4. If your deciding between staying in a cramped hotel room or renting this apartment, hands down the apartment should be your choice. One item to be aware of as I read some of the reviews is the noise from the streets. You are in the middle of Rome in a packed tourist location, there will be noise coming from the streets if you’re not used to the sounds of a city. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience....... Great location, nice apartment!

The apartment matched the pictures. The rooms were spacious, the location could not have been better. It is true that the street is very noisy and it can be hard to fall asleep. I used ear plugs and was fine. The shower is small, but that’s common in Italy. Overall, the place was updated and clean. Would definitely stay there again when I go back!

Spacious Apartment near the Spanish Steps

This apartment is in a great location and is an excellent choice for 2 couples. It has 2 good sized bedrooms which are separated by the large living/dining room area, thereby allowing privacy. One of the bedrooms has a closet, while the second has a dresser. The bathroom was clean and modern. We had a problem with the shower head which Luigi addressed immediately. It was great to have a washing machine, although it would have been nice to have a second set of towels since there wasn’t a dryer. Also, I’d recommend that a few soap tablets be provided. We didn’t do much cooking, but there is a little fridge and a gas stove. We were met at the apartment exactly as scheduled, and use of the stove, etc was explained clearly, although we had to figure out the washing machine on our own. There is only one set of stairs to climb, and the stairwell is well lit. The internet worked very well until the last morning. We highly recommend Toto Restaurant half a block away.
