We enjoyed a pleasant stay for 9 days. Carmela is a charming and helpful host, reachable by phone and mail anytime if needed. At our request, she arranged the airport transfer, which worked perfectly. The apartment is well equipped with small kitchen, which we have only used for coffee in the morning, as many good restaurants are within easy walking distance. The best was the newly purchased wide and very comfortable bed. We slept extremely well. Carmela had provided coffee and panettone as a welcome gift. So we did not have to go shopping immediately for the first breakfast. The Panettone was delicious. January can be quite cool in Rome, so we were glad about the well functioning heating, which we could regulate ourselves. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, the windows open out onto two courtyards. That was the only small drawback that at this time of year only little daylight came in. All major attractions can be reached on foot. Bus and train are only a few meters away. All in all, we were very satisfied and can recommend the apparment.
