We moved from Canastota 46 yrs ago and loved coming to Sylvan Beach as kids. Our visit was amazing and a lot of that was because this house was perfect. „Beautiful and great size house for two families, close to marina to keep our boat within walking distance, beautiful backyard with lake views, hot tub was a hit with the kids, owner very quick to respond with questions! Only downside is the upstairs would get warm at night (Mid July stay)“
