« We were very dissapointed. From the outside, the screened in porch needs repaired, holes everywhere, leaves and old cobwebs had not been swept out, chairs were filthy. Hot tub was dirty with dirt/sand in the bottom of it so we didnt get to use it. From the inside, kitchen counter looked clean until we wiped it off, stove and microwave were greasy. « My husband and I had a fantastic getaway at this cabin! The location was perfect, and the cabin itself is beautifully constructed and meticulously maintained. It was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, with high-quality cookware. The host was incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful, making our stay even better. »

« Nice location. Front storm door was missing a window. Turning on the heat was difficult as you had to get down on the floor to turn on, adjust temp and turn off the heat register which took awhile to find the dials. And had to use a flashlight to find. Difficult for anybody with a disability as for me I have back problems. Stairs to upstairs sleeping area were very narrow and I felt unsafe. « The setting was beautiful and peaceful and the cabin was generally nice. The interior was clean but rough around the edges. It felt like it was a cabin used frequently by a family with many things in various state of needing repair. I had to fix two light fixtures to get them to work and I had to pound down nails in the floorboards that would otherwise cut our feet. Floors and cabinets seem to be partially updated but not fully (e.g missing handles or sections of floor still bare plywood). ...

« We had an amazing time. We wanted something away from our busy daily life and get the kids away from everything and off the phones. The lake was beautiful and basically your own private lake. We only seen two people while there. We checked out the little shops. Garden market was my favorite they had great baked goods. We checked out some trails and stopped at a small beach for the day.
