The Space:

Maison Millie is a charming character home in central Glenholme, thoughtfully modernised while keeping the features that give it personality - beautiful native timber floors, high panelled ceilings and lovely natural light throughout. It is spotlessly presented, fully fenced and pet friendly, and set up for an easy, comfortable stay whether you are here for a weekend escape or a longer break exploring Rotorua.

Bedroom 1 (master): King bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, windows on two sides

- BATHROOM -

One fresh, modern bathroom with a walk-in glass shower, vanity with a large basin, mirror and toilet. Towels supplied.



- LIVING AREA -

At the heart of the home is a bright open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is well equipped, with a five-burner gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, full-size fridge freezer, Nespresso machine and a striking black tiled splashback. A central island with a breakfast bar sits alongside a generous dining table with seating for the whole group. A comfortable lounge flows off the kitchen, with plush sofas, a heat pump and a Smart TV - a cosy spot to relax after a day out. The bedrooms each have a standalone oil column heater.



- OUTDOOR AREA -

The private paved courtyard is a real highlight, catching the afternoon sun with an outdoor dining setting and umbrella made for long lunches and evening drinks. The whole section is fully fenced with a lockable gate and has a lawn area out back, so it is secure and easy for children and pets.



- LAUNDRY -

A separate enclosed sunroom houses the laundry, with a washing machine, dryer and tub, room to store bikes, and opens out to the back garden.



- PARKING -

Off-street parking is available at the front of the property.



Guest Access:

Guests have the entire home and grounds to themselves for the duration of the stay - both bedrooms, the bathroom, the full kitchen and open-plan living areas, the sunroom laundry, and the fully fenced backyard and courtyard with its outdoor dining setting, plus off-street parking at the front. The Neighborhood:

Maison Millie sits on a quiet, established street in Glenholme, one of central Rotorua's most convenient suburbs. You are only a short stroll to the local Greenmeadows shops and the popular Grounded Café for your morning flat white, and a five-minute drive from the Fenton Street strip, Eat Streat and the city centre, with supermarkets, restaurants and shops all close by. The Rotorua lakefront, Government Gardens, Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Hot Springs are all within easy reach, and the geothermal attractions Rotorua is famous for - Te Puia and the Whakarewarewa valley - are minutes down the road. It really is a central base, handy enough to walk or drive to the good stuff, yet tucked away on a peaceful residential street where you can relax and unwind.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around and make the most of the wider Rotorua region, and there is convenient off-street parking at the property. Central Rotorua and the lakefront are around five minutes, Te Puia just four, and the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest and its mountain-bike trails about eight. The Skyline gondola and luge, Rotorua Canopy Tours and Zorb are all around twelve minutes, as is Rotorua Airport.
