Cabanes à Round Island

« The check in was simple. The cabin was as shown in pictures. A few things could be adjusted. We had to move furniture in the room with twin beds in order to be able to plug in the provided fan and lamp. The brand new TV in the master room needed to be set up with a roku account. We did not feel comfortable leaving valuables in the cabin if we were away as the door by the kitchen did not close securely. « The cabin is situated at the end of a sketchy hotels parking lot. The cabins air conditioning has a pretty hard time keeping the tiny cabin cool. The front lock was tricky and all but falling off. The beach was filthy and the swarms of mosquitos made it impossible to even sit outside. That was pretty disappointing. You are lined up with the backside of other hotels. The area itself is just a tourist trap with hoodie stores and misleading restaurants. The host was impossible to get ahold of and...
