« The rooms need to be updated and some renovations done, such as caulking, fixing broken tiles, etc.. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the room smelled dirty and musty, even after hours of air-conditioning. »

« the pool is small- not really any activities can be done in this. staff had told my child no to getting any breakfast during breakfast hours, telling her to get some from the rest of her family. can't have eggs, an apple, a juice for each registered guest? informed we needed extra towels for our room didn't get extra so not everyone got a towel to dry off with after showers. toilet in our room had some issues flushing. it kept acting clogged before finally going down before spilling over. »

« If this place offers breakfast, why were other guests hanging out and cooking breakfast outside my window? This place has the worst breakfast I’ve seen, dollar store pastries and not much else. The refrigerator door sticks open where the yogurts are kept and they were all spoiled. What you’d expect otherwise. »

« Todo estuvo fatal , desde que entras en olor a alfombra sucias es evidente . Las habitaciones tiene hongo y las sábanas se ven desgastadas y manchadas.Los muebles del lobby se veían de la misma manera . Fuimos en un viaje familiar con niños y personas asmáticas. Nos tuvimo que ir al otro día de nuestra reserva por que habíamos llegado muy tarde para irnos el mismo día. En la página decía que tenia cuna para bebés, si embargo llegamos y no había nada y preguntamos y nos indicaron que no...
