„Perfect getaway in the most beautiful setting. Just enough for 2 for the 5 nights we had. Even though it was a cold week we were cosy.“

„The location of the unit is ideal for visiting attractions in the Bay of Islands. Its a lovely walk into town and the wharf, the beach is literally at the end of the street. The unit is well equipped and spacious to make your stay enjoyable, things like beach towels and pantry condiments were much appreciated. All the beds were comfortable, the sofa beds were surprisingly good. The communication with the onsite person was excellent and very helpful. We would love to stay here again“

„Nestling in an orange orchard, DoLittle Cottage is a superb place for a relaxing break. Claes is a great host and you are made to feel very welcome upon arrival (including oranges in the fruit bowl). The accommodation is clean and very well appointed with all of the essential amenities. This is a gem in the Kerikeri area and I would highly recommend this accommodation to any solo traveller or couple. DoLittle Cottage should not be missed.“

„Our stay was great. Russell is beautiful and we got to look out over the harbour from the deck. It’s an easy 2 minute walk down the hill to the town and we loved the house. Huge bed, good facilities and very clean and tidy. Recommend.“

„The cottage is spacious and very well equipped. There is a full kitchen and a washing machine.We were 2 adults and 2 children, one of the kids slept on a matress on the floor in the living room but it was perfect for what we needed.Doug was very responsive when we needed anything. The only slight down side is that it wasn't very private when using the outdoor area. “

„We found the cottage to be well appointed, warm and welcoming. It is close to the Te Araroa trail and we were able to enjoy a drink by the river at the end of our section walk, then wander back to the cottage for dinner and a good sleep!“

"Es hat mir gut gefallen. Check in ging super schnell und ich habe ein Upgrade bekommen. Man kann zu Fuß in den Ort. Personal sehr nett. Leider keine Aussicht und das Frühstück ist sehr dürftig. Microwelle wäre schön. "

"Booked a room for three. Only a bed for two was prepared despite paying and booking for three. The sofa bed which can hardly be named a bed (I felt only the construction and no mattress!) had dirty sheets. At the reception they told us the third person was expected to stay in the double bed with the two people. Absolutely rude and no free one person night was provided. At least new sheets were provided but only the next day. Also it’s next to a gas station, don’t recommend staying there. "

"Tolle Lage, schöne Poolanlage, professioneller Service und gutes Frühstücksbuffet und Bar. Leider sind die Zimmer alt, spärlich möbliert und karg. Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig. Man könnte viel mehr aus dem Hotel an dieser tollen Lage machen."

"Private Lodge oberhalb von Russell gelegen. Herrlicher Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Ort. Zimmer top gepflegt und sauber. Holzfußböden vom feinsten. Zimmer geräumig mit allem, was man vor Ort braucht. Badezimmer top mit Doppelwaschbecken und hervorragender Dusche. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. "
