« We stayed 3 nights and found the apartment quite clean. We are a family of 4. However we were not thrilled with the online check in. I really don't like the idea of uploading sensitive documents like passports on their system or through what's app. And we wish the AC was cooler. Lastly, it would be nice if Actus could print instructions for the stove and blinds etc. Parking was OK in the lower level but we found the residents rude because they park their cars inappropriately making it harder to...

« Great location, easy to get in/out of metro Rome with the train station just 1km away. Host was amazing, made the check in process very easy for us and explained everything. A/C worked almost too good at times, kept us nice and cool throughout our stay. 3 rooms with beds also kept us nicely separated. Would do this all over again »
