„Toller Frühstück. Schöne Lage. Freundliche Personal“

„Unter der Unterkunft ist halt ein Pub. Bis 22 Uhr war Live -Musik, was super war, aber wer bis dahin Ruhe möchte, ist hier falsch. Aber kurz nach 22 Uhr war wirklich Ruhe. Sehr liebes, fürsorgliches Personal! “

„The perfect stay for a holiday in the Cotwolds with friends and family. The owners are very nice and the property has everything we needed and more“

„This suited our needs as we were mostly out so only needed a place to sleep. Staff were nice.“

„Accommodation was first class. Rooms were lovely and space for all our team inspecting a jet at Kidlington airport. Well appointed kitchen and a log burner to sleep by in a carb coma. Uber delivered our shopping from Waitrose in nearby Witney. Lots of parking and a cost spot to relax in. Highly recommended to all. “

„The historic building is simply beautiful, very charming, and well-restored. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was well-equipped. The service in the restaurant was very friendly but extremely slow. The food was rather mediocre. Breakfast was actually quite poor. There was barely a tablespoon of yogurt with the granola, and the toast was cold and hard like rusk. The location itself is beautiful.“

„Wir waren schon desöfteren dort, dieses Mal war die Klimaanlage/ Lüftung im Zimmer kaputt, wir konnten problemlos ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Jederzeit wieder👍👍👍“

„The room was spotless beautifully furnished. We had endless tea, coffee milk and biscuits. The staff could not have been more helpful nothing was too much trouble The restaurant and bar was clean and very comfortable. The food was fabulous, well prepared. Added to all this you have a very large car park Would recommend this hotel and give it 10/10.“

„Beautiful and quiet hotel with a great atmosphere! The staff is amazing—super friendly and attentive. The pub is so cozy, and the food is great. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back! 10/10.“

„A wonderful old pub in a fantastic location just off the main street going through Burford. A lovely room which we enjoyed, but the staff just felt a but distant, making errors with drinks. Food presentation lacked flair and lacked imagination. In summary, a great room but eat elsewhere to enjoy it best.“

„authentisch , wunderschön ,ruhig super aufmerksamer service“

„Tolle Lage in Nähe des Zentrums, Parkplatz vorhanden, besonders gefallen hat uns die Auswahl an Tees und Hot chocolate bei den Tea-making-facilities, die jeden Tag mit einem Cookie aufgefüllt wurden.“

„Alles super! “

„One of the best places we stayed in in the UK in a two week holiday. Strongly recommended! Dinner is available and a good choice as well. Breakfast is good, table service and suggestions for the region are superb. We'll come again! “

„Très bel endroit, literie Très confortable, bon petit dejeuner, rien à dire“

„Pretty old building with spacious and clean rooms. Staff is friendly and helps if immediately when needed. Location is 10 minutes away from Oxford City center when going by bus. Bus stop is right outside the hotel.“
