Cleaning/Checkout: Checkout is 11:00 am. Late checkout is $100/hour. We do a thorough cleaning after each guest’s stay. We kindly ask that before leaving, you place dishes in the dishwasher and start it, start a load of towels in the washing machine, and take out all trash. This helps our cleaning process and keeping cleaning costs down. Leave the home basically as you found it when you arrived.

Restrooms: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, including wet wipes and flushable wet wipes.

Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. Unfortunately, we cannot package and ship things that are left behind.

This is the owner's home, and he stays here between guests. You'll find some of his personal touches, and a few closets and drawers are reserved for his belongings and are off-limits to guests. Everything else in the home is yours to use.
