The jacuzzi was filthy with dead skin floating on the suds. It was gross. People staying thete were loud and played loud mariachi music with no regard for anyone at the pool and jacuzzi . No regard for small children. There was drinking going on. I asked the front desk managenent what the hotel policy was regarding this issue. I was looked at and told she didn't know policy. She told me it was a public space and that people could turn their music up if they wanted. She made me feel like just suck it up and listen to the loud music and be disrespected. THIS hotel is not a public park it is a private business that has the right to tell prople to keep their loud blaring music off and consider other guests.
The front desk managenent needs to be trained on hotel policy instead of making guests question their competence to run the holiday inn. I would like a refund. The jacuzzi was filthy with suds consuming the top of it with black abd brown dead skin. It was disturbing and not what Iexpected from Holiday Inn. I would never stay there again. The dish tv was a joke. It offered no way to have interenet so we could watch our own stuff. Just stuck with nothing but commercials. That was frustrsting since we were just looking forward to chill out in the room.
