« The room was OK… The floors were swept but not clean what I mean by that is I wore socks and they were filthy. The shower had mold in the corners, so although the room looked clean, it was far from being clean. Also, I had an incident where several things were left in the room electronic charging cable plugged and serval other things. When I called the front desk 4 hour after I left, they said that the general manager was out and that they would have to call tomorrow when he was back in. They...

« Hotel room stunk like a wet dog and cheap cologne. I purposely booked a gotel in that area with an indoor heated pool.. hesting for pool did not work.. neither did the hot tub. »

« 3 nuits sur place, hôtel bien situé, proche des autoroutes. Chambre très bien, très grande, top. Sauf : petit dej juste bien, machine à café toujours en manque d’eau, jus d’orange en panne, 3 petit dej identiques. Pas de ménage prévu pour les séjours jusqu’à 3 nuits, il faut demander des serviettes de rechange. Personnel sympathique, lorsqu’on les voit. »

« Stay as far away from this dump as you can. When we first got to the hotel at 11pm, we changed rooms 4 times - 5th room on the 1st night. Cockroach in first room, blood on sheets 2nd room, 3rd room lock didn't work, 4th room dead bugs in sheets. I had started my period that night so sheets got stained. They never changed them! « The room had bed bugs. I tried calling the manager for a week straight every single day for a refund and he was either never in or avoiding me. I will continue to try. I only stayed over night and checked in late about 8pm just to sleep and check out the next day. I have pictures of me and my husbands legs with full of bites »
