« Like always we choose for our traveling plans true by Hilton. The whole concepts is very honest and we like that. »

« A little dated but very clean, breakfast was standard, drinks and dinner at night were a nice touch. Originally I was on the top floor and the AC did not keep up and was warm. As some visit to the front desk and was moved to a lower floor and was nice and cool. Overall nice property and has that "resort" feel. One guest referred to it as their "stay-cation". »

« Perfect for visiting San antonio and region, clean rooms, Nice staff, everything you need and more. We were à young couple from montreal visiting bbq joints. We enjoyed our stay here in San antonio »

« Tout était étriqué dans ce séjour. Il a fallu réclamer des serviettes, le petit dej était très peut fourni, il ne fallait pas prendre trop de glace, et la chambre était très moyenne . L accueil un peu froid et presque tendu. »

« 3 nuits sur place, hôtel bien situé, proche des autoroutes. Chambre très bien, très grande, top. Sauf : petit dej juste bien, machine à café toujours en manque d’eau, jus d’orange en panne, 3 petit dej identiques. Pas de ménage prévu pour les séjours jusqu’à 3 nuits, il faut demander des serviettes de rechange. Personnel sympathique, lorsqu’on les voit. »

« We would like to thank the entire team the check in clerks, the cleaning staff, the amenities staff, and especially the valet team. The valet team got us in and out very quickly every day which helped with our 2 year old from throwing tantrums since he is still working on developing his patience. »

« Starting with the check in, that went well. The employees were very welcoming, helpful and polite, making check in a breeze and comfortable. The room was nice, clean and very roomy. Only downfall was the TVs were outdated so no streaming services were provided(Netflix, Hulu, Disney+) just regular cable. Also the room did not have central air(A/C) they had loud noisy window units that couldn’t sustain cooling such a big space. Having it been a Marriott I feel things Iike that should be updated...

« The customer service was friendly. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The lobby was cute and smelled nice. Negative points: The breakfast was downright awful. « Very disappointing stay. The hotel looks nothing like the photos advertised. The pictures are misleading. The property is old, dirty, and poorly maintained. There was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, especially in the hallways. The hallway carpets were stained, worn, and felt filthy. Our room was dirty when we arrived, and several amenities were broken, making our stay even more frustrating. The rooms are outdated and in need of major renovations. « When scheduling a stay I requested a room with a handicap shower. I assumed the message was passed onto the location. When I arrived I asked and the person told me that they don’t have handicap shower rooms with two beds. But he was very kind and got me a shower chair. Problem is. I can’t step over the tub to get into the ton/shower combo. But the staff was very nice and accommodating. »
