« My family and I stayed here for a week this summer. The house and its amenities are great. The basement suite and bathroom are modern and the house is clean and well stocked. Stan is a thoughtful, responsive and reliable host. The highlight of the house is its secluded backyard, patio, clean and gorgeous salt water pool. It’s also so close to sag harbor, as well as 1 minute from groceries, restaurants and liquor store. We have been renting in the hamptons for years and this house is amazing »

« My family of 6 and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday. My 80 yr old parents live in Southampton but we decided to rent instead of burdening them w/guests. The house had a great layout on the first floor w/everything needed for the holiday, which was great. Walkable to town and Tate's Bake Shop, definitely a plus. Beautiful neighborhood. Some bumps, though: we struggled with getting into the house; no front door key given -- we accessed the home through a garage side-door electronic...

« I was skeptical to book because of the lack of reviews and also because I was more familiar with other East End locations that required 2-week stays. With that said, I feel compelled to review our visit.We were a party of 7 adults with a large sweet very well-behaved dog. Important because the dog over a certain tiny size alone can be a real issue but I get it and we are very respectful and clean. « We were escaping NYC for the weekend and exploring real estate in the area. This house was absolutely beautiful and way bigger than we needed. Unfortunately it was rainy out and we really didn’t get to spend too much time in the house since we were driving around it looks like it has a beautiful property with a pool etc. so hopefully we can come back in the summer. »
