„Check in and communication with Chiara was easy. The apartment is small and on three levels with lots of steps. The apartment has the basic items not much in the way of luxury. We had to ask for hand soap and help finding the toaster. Unfortunately the outdoor space was not very welcoming. We are all non-smokers and couldn't sit outside because of the ashtray and smell of smoke. It's located in a very quiet area of Venice. Everything was about 15-20 min away.“

„Spacious apartment for a family of 6. We stayed for 4 nights. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and large sitting room (no picture on exedia of the sitting room). Staff was very helpful. Easy checkin and checkout. Good location, close to supermarket and restaurants and coffee places. The apartment was clean. In order to turn on the oven, you need to flip a light switch near it.
