"Hôtel idéalement placé pour rejoindre le terminal Horizon. L’hôtel se trouve a pied à 5min de la gare de Southampton et 10min du terminal Horizon. Accueil rapide. Chambre propre et très spacieuse. Lit très bien. + Produits Rituals dans la salle de bain / canette d’eau offerte. Jolie vue sur les bateaux de croisières à la fin du couloir. Petit déjeuner choix varié et très bon. "

"The public areas are excellent and inviting. Thank you for the constant supply of cold water fountains during an extreme heatwave. The criticism is for poor HOUSEKEEPING. We stayed 5 nights. Used cups/glasses never collected, room never vacuumed, liquid soap dispensers never replenished, toilet paper almost depleted (we had to ask), bed making just thrown together, our room totally forgotten one day. Seems to be a real lack of staff, training and supervision in this department. "

"Compared to the Z Hotel in Holborn (which was ok), this one was stellar! The staff was very warm and lovely, my room was so nice with a lovely view on Bath, what a treat! I preferred the bathroom there. It was smaller than the one in Holborn but better organised with a proper door on the shower. Modern, lovely and well located hotel (even though I had an issue finding it using Google Maps!, it’s actually nestled between the Five Guys and the Lane 7 - don’t worry you can’t smell any fried food nor hear any ruckus!) thanks for a great but short stay!"
