We spent 4 days in San Francisco and Karlas place was perfect for our stay. We could reach the city center easily by bus or tram within 45 min. The apartment was easy to find and access and is quiet, comfortable and very well equipped.

Good for the price

The property is cheap if you compare it to other locations. Anyway the apartment is clean. The area around the location isn‘t that appealing. There is many trash on the streets and you have to ride the train vor 40minutes to get to downtown. But all in all we enjoyed our stay here 😊

Saubere und ansprechende Unterkunft. Gute Lage. Sehr gute Preis/Leistung

Sehr positive Überraschung! Blitzblank sauber. Großzügige Ausstattung. Waschmittel, Kaffeepulver, Gewürze ... alles schon vorhanden! Lage ist gut - 10 Minuten zum Flughafen, 20 Minuten zur Golden-Gate. Nachbarschaft für Großstadtverhältnisse ruhig. Perfekt für ein paar Tage in der Bay-Area mit bis zu 4 Personen! Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin per Fewo-App schnell und freundlich. Klare Empfehlung.

This was a very affordable housing option close to downtown. We were too lazy to sort out public transportation, but hiring a car to get to fisherman‘s wharf was typically about 35. Even if you roll that into the cost of the rental, it was still much cheaper than trying to stay downtown. It was an affordable , clean option for our three day stay in San Francisco. I would stay here again. We had a family of five and while it was definitely snug it was just fine for our purposes. A family with two parents and two kids this would be fantastic.

Overall the place was good for our needs. The only issues we had were the keypad was finicky and didn’t always work. Also, as a light sleeper the people above us were walking around quite frequently so it woke me up a few times through our stay. Otherwise it was clean and convenient to the city.

Great value for a good size suite close to downtown SF. Having laundry was nice and the bunk beds in the separate closet room was ideal for a child. Excellent suite overall and only minor issue was we could hear a lot of footsteps upstairs at night and early morning.

Place was clean and cozy for two adults and two kids. Everything we needed and then some. Washer and dryer was a nice bonus. Host communicated well and let us know about local events. Having our own parking spot right out front was another great bonus. For the price you won’t find much better! 10/10 would stay again in a heartbeat

The living space was studio-styled and super cute with a lot of character! We loved the green backyard and house plants and enjoyed how quiet the unit was. There were a lot of provided household essentials, which made it easy to prepare and serve meals. Sleeping spaces were plentiful and the main bed had a nice firmness to it. There’s a big fridge to store everything you need just outside of the unit in the garage space. We also really appreciated the washer and dryer in unit, which was a lifesaver for our longer stay!Our host was responsive, kind, and helpful. We were able to get any questions we had answered within an hour.The neighborhood is Bayview, and it definitely gets more sun than a lot of other SF neighborhoods. More about Bayview: It’s one of the few areas in The City that doesn’t feel over-gentrified and still has a lot of character. It’s not unsafe, but exercise normal caution for a city and avoid walks at night, especially alone. We would absolutely stay again if we ever need to return to the area.

Cozy Stay

If you are looking for a place to stay for a couple nights on a budget with nearby public transportation, I recommend this place. I will say that having more than 3 guests can feel really tight, but it wasn’t unbearable. I was adventuring primarily in the city most of the day and came back to sleep and it served its purpose. There are many concerns about the neighborhood online and by family living in the city, but I didn’t feel unsafe. I never stayed out past dark hours for extra precaution. The host was kind and communicative. Overall good stay!

Cozy, Clean, Dog Friendly, Affordable

The price, location, and dog friendliness made it perfect for us. My fiance and I were traveling on a budget with our two dogs. We saw a show at Fox Theater in Oakland and this property was conveniently located for that. The back yard area is fenced in and very safe for dogs. The price per night is fantastic considering how expensive SF is. There's all the kitchen basics you need for the weekend, and it's clean and comfortable. The property owner has clearly put effort and thought into making this a wonderful place to stay. She was quick to respond via email during our stay and very hospitable. Highly recommend!One thing: the key pad to get in through the garage is sensitive and a bit tricky. It takes a few tries, but once you get it down, it's easy.

Visit to san francisco

Place is just like advertized. Close to where my family resides and to the freeway. Parking is a little awkward if you have a truck but great for smaller vehicle. Other then that, perfect for the wife and I.
