„Amazing location if you want to experience the local culture. Walkable to everything you might need and the art district has so many shopping options and great restaurants. The condo complex is fairly new and has a nice rooftop pool and sitting area with great views. We were here for almost 2weeks and there wasn’t anything that we needed to get other than food. „We had a group that had stayed at a resort on El Medano beach 15 years ago and this was our reunion. We wanted to be together this time now that the kids were older. After extensive research, we all decided this was the place. Kelly was very helpful and prompt in her responses. Carlos, the property manager, was there to help coordinate whatever we needed. It was extremely rekaxing, the house was cleaned everyday, which allowed us all to just enjoy the trip. We would definitely stay here again!“

„House is comfortable and well provisioned. Managing company very responsive and helpful. Lower level had independent beds and bathroom so privacy is great for couples. Upper level has main living space with main bedroom and bathroom. Keys can be a little confusing as bedroom on lower level had independent locks. I'd recommend the management color coordinat the keys to match the locks with paint or nail polish to avoid trying multiple times to find the correct key for the lock. “

„I appear to be the first person who stayed in this condo to write a review. The 9.6 rating is from "similar" properties. Not my experience. The sign up and check-in was messy and unprofessional. The online "host' would not give me the address of the place -- even the day before our arrival. I had to call Great Dwellings headquarters in NY to put me in contact with the manager in San Jose de Cabo. He sent me a pin to a google map that lead to the wrong location!
