The check-in experience was disappointing. While the exterior of the hotel looks nice and the surrounding area is quiet and pleasant, my stay was marred by several issues. The front desk staff informed me that the elevator was out of service and wouldn't be repaired during my stay, which was particularly inconvenient given my bad back and the fact that I had to climb two flights of stairs. The hallways and stairs appeared rundown and unclean, adding to the overall poor impression.
Later that evening, after going out to eat, I encountered a large cockroach on the stairs—both disgusting and unsettling. When I went to my car to grab something, I also saw a rat outside the rear entrance of the hotel. The pool looked dirty and uninviting, and there were numerous signs everywhere indicating that coffee service was temporarily unavailable, which felt unnecessary and frustrating.
The room was average—nothing special. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel and wouldn’t consider returning in the future.
