« This house was great for are families vacation, the host was amazing, the house was very clean the yard was amazing great for pets, hot tub was wonderful. The neighbors on both sides were so friendly and nice. We will be staying there again if available next year. We were there over July 4th you could see the fireworks show from the balcony. « Great property, value, and responsive accommodating host. Tanya was always available, just a message which we greatly appreciated. They did a great job describing their property, we felt like it was even more spacious inside and outside than the photos led me to believe (a great surprise). We had all the cooking items we needed, two dining tables great for a family of 7. Even the bathrooms had the little details, like soap and shampoo. Plenty of towels which we loved, and a washer/dryer...

« We've been coming to the Rockport / Port Aransas area for decades, and have stayed in numerous places. The Bay House is definitely one of the top places to stay. Clean and airy, with a wonderful, consistent, beach theme. The kitchen is well stocked, and ALL the beds were comfortable. Steven and Jennifer were in regular contact with us as we prepared for and arrived. No issues at all with the check-in or check-out. And for us, the boat pier was icing on the cake! « We booked this in December for an early June vacation and messaged the manager inquiring about the propane tank for the outside kitchen to make sure it would be available. The plan was for most all of our meals at the grill. When we arrived the tank was missing. We were told if we purchased a tank we would be reimbursed. Original messaging implied a tank would arrive shortly. After more text messaging the following day, a tank was delivered 24 hrs after check in. Alas, the grill worked once...
