Other things to note
- Access

You will receive a fob and key to enter the building. If you request parking, you will also receive a remote control for the gate. Please take good care of these items the replacement cost is $200 per item if lost or damaged.

- Respectful Living

This is a residential building with a mix of young professionals and elderly residents. We kindly ask that you respect quiet hours and be considerate of your neighbors to help ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

- No Smoking Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy for smoking of any kind inside the apartment or in the building. Violation of this rule will result in an additional $300 cleaning fee.

Power Outages

Due to Puerto Rico’s Caribbean location, occasional power outages may occur. The building has a generator that powers the elevators and common areas. In case of an emergency during an outage, please use the stairs if you feel more comfortable doing so.

Service Animals

Service animals are always welcome. However, any damage caused by the pet will result in an additional charge.

Water Supply

In the event of a water shortage, the building has a backup water system.

Safety & Security

The building is monitored by a security guard and is located directly across from a police station. In case of any emergency, please call 911.
