« Amazing location in very close proximity to restaurants and a short Uber to old San Juan. We were greeted at the condo and given a tour which was helpful. We were not requested to clean the whole place like a most rentals. We did wash the towels, dishes, collected trash up for them but check out was an easy process.There were chairs and an umbrella for the beach so no need to rent. « I must say, my experience at this property was far from what was advertised. The pictures presented online are deceiving; the reality is that it's old, dated, and far from well-maintained. The AC was non-functional, leaving us to endure uncomfortable temperatures throughout our stay. Additionally, the fridge had a tendency to spill, adding to the frustration of an already disappointing stay. The overall condition of the property was subpar, with signs of age and neglect evident in every corner....

« The property was amazing very safe but a little confusing to find at first. Me and my friends stayed here for spring break the host was very accommodating and nice and blew up an air mattress for us before we arrived. Plenty of mirrors all around to get ready. All the beds were pretty nice. Grill, fridge and laundry machines work and water is provided for brita. Overall very happy with my stay would stay here again. »

« We had read previous negative reviews about water pressure for the shower and we were concerned about that. I checked with the property manager prior to going and was told it had been fixed, it had not been fixed and they were not honest with us about it. We took cold showers for a week with very little water pressure. Very disappointed in that. Don’t go if that is a concern and unfortunately I wouldn’t trust them if they it is fixed. « Great location and very walkable to the grocery store, restaurants and the beach. There is not a lot of soundproofing so be prepared to hear everything your neighbors are doing, which during my 2 week stay was not bad as in I wouldn’t stay here again. The property manager was very responsive and the apartment was as the pictures showed. »
