„Where to start? To start there is a "cleaning fee" that was mentioned no where in the listing that was to be paid before we could receive the access code for the room. Air conditioning is on a timer also the a/c's are linked together so when you put one on the other turns off. It is a PROCESS just to get the a/c's running correctly and as the landlord is explaining to you how to "correctly" use the a/c, he will complain endlessly about the electricity bill. „The location is great. You can walk to the beach in 30 seconds. The building is on the older side. The AC in the master bedroom was not working. A few more trash bags and towels would be better. There are quite a few beach toys and things like that. “
