« The location is great. You can walk to the beach in 30 seconds. The building is on the older side. The AC in the master bedroom was not working. A few more trash bags and towels would be better. There are quite a few beach toys and things like that. »

« Wonderful spectacular view apt!Tastefully decorated and has many beach amenities like chairs,cooler,bogey boards,volleyball.There are some board games for a rainy day too.Excellent communication with the owners.Before arrival there had been water issues in PR and they kept me updated before arrival.Will definitely come back again »

« Great location. Clean and as advertised. Although we did not use, condo had lots of “stuff” like paddle board, cooler, beach chairs etc. Extreme, wonderful breeze on balcony with beautiful sunset. Would stay here again. Tip for travelers: go to wherever you want early (prior 9 am). This is July and Luquillo kiosks / beach were packed. Parking there was non existent at 3 pm. Also this condo is at the end of a narrow street and people park all crazy ways beside the road. Oftentimes you can’t get...

« Exceptional property and the owner was extremely accommodating. We might of had problems checking in, however the land lady met us at the property and assisted with the access. She had basic food and coffee available when we arrived, which was extremely appreciated after a long travel day. The view from this property is awesome and it's great location from the airport and old San Juan. Some nights the noise from the street is loud. That would be the only draw back. »

« What a beautiful location. This is truly beachfront. Luis' communication was timely and accurate. Check in and out was smooth. AC is only in the bedrooms, but with the ocean breeze, AC isn't necessary. Thank you for letting us enjoy your apartment! »
