„We have stayed twice now at this property. It was very adequate and has secure parking. There is a nearby plaza with a good food court. It was very convenient when we were too tired to go out. The owner of this property is very nice. The only complaint we have is that the sofa is terribly uncomfortable. It desperately needs to be replaced.“

We were given no instructions on how to access our unit and was told by Vrbo that our reservation was canceled while we were at the front gate of the building. „The Appartement was well equipped for cooking but did not contain basic supplies (salt, oil, etc.), there is a tiny suppermarket in the hotel, though to get them. Heated pools were great. There is a gym, washing mashines and free water and coffee. We got a free upgrade, free very late check-out and free transfer to the airport. Service was amazing as the personal was very kind and helped us with several requests. Overall, clearly one of the very best Hotels in Costa Rica“
