„Facility was just right for 5 adults and two children. Older couple appreciated ground floor bedroom and bathroom. One suggestion: please let people know there is no ice machine is the refrigerator and there are no ice trays either, so you must bring bag ice. “

„I have stayed at multiple houses, this one was by far the best. The house was clean, smelled amazing, and a great lay out. Communication with the owner was amazing, check in and out was seamless. Great yard for dogs. Quiet and safe neighborhood. 10/10 would stay again, thanks for having us!“

„The house is a three bedroom fully finished home. Two bedrooms upstairs, and a spacious primary suite at the bottom level with a half bath (sink toilet no shower). Main bathroom is upstairs. Backyard is great for kids, it has a playground and corn hole. My only minor complaint is that the kitchen sink was difficult to set to cold, and I love to drink ice cold water. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends in the area, 9/10 would stay again “

„Stephen’s property was perfect for us and only about 25 minutes from the wedding venue. It was super clean and quiet. We only prepared one meal due to wedding activities but the kitchen is well stocked. You can enjoy walks on the private road which is very wooded. One bed was rather high and difficult for a family member to get in and out. Two sofas in the den were very low to floor and difficult to stand up from. „The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. „The house was great. Beds were comfortable and the place was well furnished. The location is great, adjacent to the Fan district and Carytown. Parking was never an issue with ample spaces on the street. There's a big open park a block away and the neighbor hood is great for a jog or a walk“

„Very nice place in the middle of Carytown. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning rocked. It was in the upper 90s outside and the apartment stayed wonderfully cool. “
