« The guesthouse was clean and comfortable. The location is great. Just a short walk from restaurants, bars and shops as well as Lake Monroe. The hosts were wonderful. Had a small hiccup with the refrigerator and Jose had it dealt with quickly. Will stay here again if in this area. Highly recommend this guesthouse. »

« Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. »

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them. »

« The location was excellent. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was just as described and exceeded our expectations. Sara contacted us when a storm knocked out electric and wifi for a bit and kept us updated. The home is warm and is kind of a step back in time but up to date at the same time. The guest apartment is a bonus as well as the balcony. We have stayed at many Vrbo homes and some were great and others just okay. But we will definitely visit this one again. It is a gem. »
