« By far the best time in Key West!! More importantly the best time with friends and fam. Got the boat to celebrate a 50th bday and it was beyond amazing. The hosts/staff were available, fun and unobtrusive! We truly never had a need that went unfulfilled. The Perry hotel was convenient, food was great, and the bars were so convenient. We did a sunset cruise with Alex That I still owe a five star rating too… I can’t figure out how to just give him a rating!! either way we will for sure do it again...

« A/C wasn’t working properly.. contacted our host who finally replied but well over an hour.. said he would send someone but was surprised it wasn’t working since he had someone prior to our stay.. not sure the A/C was ever working properly since they had 2 plug in blower fans (the kind you use to dry out flooded homes) on the boat.. We finally left as the temp was 87.. didn’t hear back from our host until the following day.. wouldn’t refund us either.. such a disappointment.. Expedia should...

« Stayed for two nights and loved it. It is a boat so you do have to remember water usage and plumbing stuff(no toilet paper in the toilets). However they have full service bathrooms for longer bathroom breaks and long, hot showers. We were there during a cold spell and the heaters worked great. You also have access to the eateries on property. There is also a shuttle that runs 9-4 back and forth to downtown. Parking in Key West isn’t pleasant so it was nice. « We had a great stay on this houseboat in Pensacola. The location was peaceful and scenic, with great water views, yet still convenient to town and nearby attractions. Waking up on the water and enjoying mornings and evenings on the deck was a highlight.The houseboat was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The host was responsive and made the stay easy from start to finish. A unique and relaxing experience—we’d happily stay here again. »
