« Pros: The views of the lake are beautiful - especially during the fall when the trees are turning. Check in was easy (but had to call to get the instructions). The house is equipped with Roku tv and the bathroom has a heater. Cons: Zero response from the owner despite multiple direct messages through VRBO. Had to call customer service to get check in instructions - never got any for check out. Other: I’m glad I read prior reviews and knew the property was right next to neighbors and at the end...

« This place was okay- it served our needs. A few complaints- generally a dingy smell throughout the house, felt damp. The bathroom shower curtain has no liner so the curtain itself was very moldy. The grass wasnt mowed so I worried about ticks. The water tasted a little musty too but maybe thats just a Maine thing? Also the communication was pretty terrible with both the vrbo host and the property management company and I had a lot of trouble contacting them and getting the receipts I needed....

« Our visit to Old Orchard Beach was excellent. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We had three people in our group, and the house had more than enough room for us. « Place was clean and cozy. Big yard for games and a fire pit for s’mores. Based on previous review I brought pots/pans but didn’t need them. Everything was available. Stove is gas and I was not familiar with using one so that was the only “challenge”We had a ball and the place was perfect for us!! »
