The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest. „We were dropping my son off at college from out of state and out family of 5 came out for the occasion. Sonny’s place was perfectly located and accommodated everyone comfortably. Sonny was very responsive and the process of check in/out was very smooth. The place was clean and well kept. The hot tub and arcade room are nice additions too. Great stay in Santa Ana.“

„This house is very clean, modern, and well equipped with all of the essentials. Family friendly with games, high chair, pack and play, etc.Parking in a dedicated lot easy keypad lock in make coming and going a breeze. It is located on a busy road, so expect some traffic noise.“

„It’s a small room mostly for sleeping the outside patio is a great touch comes with a few chairs couch and tables there’s also grill ,washer, and dryer outside. The lighting at night isn’t very good there’s also an umbrella for shade. Comes with a complete kitchen the fridge is also large. Bathroom is nice and there’s also a large closet next door. Area is a nice neighborhood and there is plenty of stores and restaurants nearby walking distance. Never had any issue parking in street there was ...
