The barbecue patio for the grill-master in the group and a four-top table for dining al fresco is just outside.

Also on this main level are three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a laundry room. For an added sense of luxury, two of the bedrooms feature comfortable King-size beds, and one a luxe California King bed. The north bedroom offers views of the backyard, a television, and a cozy loft up a ladder with a full-size mattress- a fun hideaway for adults or older teens comfortable with heights! Two bedrooms on the south side offer ocean views, one of which is en suite as it is connected to one of the two hall bathrooms.
