The home does not look like much from the street but once you enter the gates it has meticulously groomed gardens with plenty of enclosed space for everyone. Inside the rooms are large, the home is clean and there was even a set up of dog bowls for our dog. The home is a five minute walk from Montecito and Butterfly Beach. We began the day by the pool and ended each night in the hot tub looking out to the ocean and the Channel Islands. In between, with easy access to hiking trails and Montecito, we exercised, drank coffee and dined. I cannot imagine a better setting for spending New Year's with my family. „The first thing that caught my eye was the landscaping, beautiful, tropical plants, patio furniture, and sculptures. Like entering your own private sanctuary. The house itself was decorated They kind of mid-century California surfer motive with modern accents. My daughters and I loved all the decor.
