Businesshotels Santa Croce

„I booked a junior suite with river view. At check-in the person at the reception gave us a room without view, saying that they upgraded us. For whatever reason they wanted to make us believe we get a better room. We did not accept that room and insisted that the hotel give us the room we booked. Finally in the evening they gave us the room we initially wanted. disapointing that they treat their customers this way. The evening staff at the reception appologized for the circumstances and we ...

„Nice location.“

„This was the nicest stay we had during our trip. A clear recommendation to stay there.“

„Great staff and amenities. The breakfast and shuttle to the main plaza were appreciated .“

„This property was clean and spacious. It was conveniently located to a wonderful pizzaria, La Luna, a pasticceria, and only 20 minute walk to the main square. It was perfect for our group. Our only complaint was the pull-out sofa was terribly uncomfortable because of the bars. Our only suggestion was to include a towel in the kitchen.“

„Reception closes at an early hour of 17:00 and there's no hotel parking. The recommended parking closes at 23:00 and street parking is either full or dangerous. We drove a Maserati and the looks from people made it feel extremely unsafe. The room is extremely beautiful, spacious and comfortable with the balcony is superb. Fix the parking situation then it may be closer to a 4 Star. Definitely not five.“

„Outside of the issue with hot water, the place was good and in a good location.“

„Pros: Exactly like the pictures. Friendly and responsive staff. Everything works. Washer in apartment. Market nearby. Cons: bed bugs (totally unacceptable!), noisy district, drunks roaming streeets.“
