The home is in an excellant location, close to beach, shops, and resturants. The house has so much potential if only the owners would put a little money into it. I was disappointed in a few things:* The furniture in the living room was faded and looked old. * the carpet going up the stairs and at the top of the stairs had stains. *In the bathroom downstairs the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. * The dishwasher did not properly fit. When you would open the door and pull out the racks it would tilt down and make it very hard to put dishes in it. *Could not get the dishwasher to go through a cycle and clean the dishes. After the clycle the pod was still intact.*You have to supply toilet paper, trash bags, dish washer pods. *If you use a blow dryer in the upstairs guest bathroom and one in the bedroom at the same time it will blow the fuse.*You are expected to not turn the air down below 74 degrees.
