We always enjoy vacationing in Seaside! We really liked the location of this unit - it is situated right across from the lap pool and just steps to the beach. We also appreciated that it has a king bed as many units just have a queen. Highly recommend!

House needs a lot of repairs to furniture and bathrooms. Broken chairs in living area and master, and drawers on nightstand and dressing table. I almost got hurt when I slipped off of the chair at the dressing table. Seat is not attached to the frame. No TV in master. Need a TV in master. No toilet paper holder in 1/2 bath downstairs. We stayed for 6 days and there was no hand soap in bathroom or bath mat. And only 2 wash cloths for our entire stay. I did not go on vacation to do laundry every day.

The rental included access to the pool, restrooms at the beach entrance, beach towels, beach bag and wine. It is cute and good for a couple. There are some worn pieces of furniture and old appliances but everything worked. The property management company is OUTSTANDING!!!Great communication the whole trip! They do a great job of cleaning and maintaining the house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I gave this rental a 5 star with the exception of the quality of furniture and appliances. The appliances must be original to the nearly 30 year old home and the mattress has to be close to the age. However it was clean, and it's in a great location. So if you don't mind roughing it for a few days, it works well. With a few minor improvements I would certainly rent it again.

The last day, after we went to breakfast we couldn’t get in - they had changed the door code (we had extended our stay) but didn’t tell us. No one answered the phone, so I had to walk to town to speak with someone. Annoying, but not a huge deal. Some of the furniture could use a little TLC, and there were a few exposed light bulbs with no fixtures. Again, annoying, but not a huge deal. All in all, a nice place to stay, with a great location.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and layout of property are great. Most furniture (inside and outside) needs to be cleaned, repaired or just replaced. Barstools, sofa pillows, sofa cushions, rocker and upstairs lounge chair are very dirty and worn out. One ceiling fan not working and other only runs on high. Bedroom dresser, vanity and nightstands are old and in poor condition. Property management was responsive and bathrooms, kitchen and floors clean. Would not recommend staying here until the furnishings are updated.

We did notice that in the description of the home before our stay did not list there being a washer and dryer available in the home as well as a K cup coffee pot. These are things that, I think the guest need to know ahead of time. I believe it would make this an even more attractive home to stay in. Only critique I have is making sure the towels have no stains on them. I know that there can be a slip up here and there, but as we all know, as a guest, we are all paying for the full experience and that should be something that is not overlooked. Great location! Be sure to tell the guest, when checking in, that the bikes are not available at the home as it has been in the past so they are to be sure and rent the bikes beforehand.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really liked the home. It was decorated nicely. Only thing I didn't like were the sheer curtains on all the windows. I felt like people could see in. The master bath is not updated but at least had a shower door and updated sized toilet. Loved that the decor didn't scream, I'm at the beach. I loved the landscaping in front of the house. The location was great. It was really close to a pool and the beach. It doesn't sit on the street so it's really quiet and felt secluded even though there are houses all around you. You can't see your car and have to walk a driveway length on a sand path to get to the home. Only a bother when you are loading and unloading and if you tend to overpack like I do. The management staff, Amanda, was fabulous. Very helpful and friendly. She made me feel like I wasn't here alone and had a vested interest that I had a great stay. This was the best management experience I have ever had. I would definitely stay here again and I'm picky.
