- Welcome to My Three Sons, a refined coastal retreat ideally positioned in the heart of Seaside, Florida. Designed for effortless luxury and relaxed coastal living, this private residence comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and is just a short three-minute stroll to the beach, Central Square, and steps from the West Side Pool. A longtime guest favorite, the home is defined by its expansive, grand porches and seamless indoor-outdoor flow—creating an inviting setting where families gather year after year.
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by private parking and a gracious open-air front porch overlooking a lush, fenced yard. Thoughtfully furnished with Adirondack seating, this serene outdoor space sets the tone for slow mornings and shaded afternoons, offering a peaceful vantage point to enjoy the home’s beautifully landscaped surroundings.
The first floor features three well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with comfort and privacy in mind, along with three full bathrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed, chaise lounge, and a beautifully renovated ensuite bath with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and rain shower head. A second king bedroom also includes a private ensuite bath and mounted flat-screen TV. The third bedroom, a charming bunk room, accommodates up to four guests and opens to the front porch through French doors, with convenient access to a renovated full bath featuring a shower/tub combination.
Upstairs, the home opens into a light-filled living space with vaulted ceilings, oversized French doors, and an expansive screened porch that spans the length of the home. The open-concept design effortlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating an ideal space for gathering and entertaining. The living room is anchored by ample seating and a large flat-screen TV, while a queen sleeper sofa allows for additional accommodations. The dining area features a farmhouse-style table with seating for eight, complemented by a fully updated kitchen with sleek black stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed for preparing meals at home. A convenient half bath is located just off the main living area.
The second-floor outdoor living spaces elevate the experience even further. The screened porch offers multiple areas for lounging and dining, including a table for six and a built-in bar area perfect for evenings spent dining al fresco. Beyond, an open-air balcony invites guests to unwind with lounge seating and a bench swing, all while taking in tranquil views of Seaside’s treetops and coastal charm.
Additional amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower, charcoal grill, and a full-size washer and dryer located on the first floor for added convenience.
