Cette luxueuse maison de transport, 'Goin' Coastal 'à WaterColor est la location de vacances idéale. Il est séparé de la grande maison privée et sa spacieuse chambre de type studio avec des plafonds de 15 pieds et de magnifiques planchers de bois franc répond aux besoins des amis lors d'une escapade, d'un couple lors d'un week-end romantique ou d'une petite famille avec de la place pour un couple de petits enfants. En plus du lit en peluche queen, il y a aussi un canapé-lit convertible queen et beaucoup d'espace pour des berceaux ou des bagages supplémentaires!

Le grand canapé confortable est l'endroit idéal pour regarder des événements sportifs ou des films devant la grande télévision à écran plat. La cuisine est idéale pour des repas rapides et dispose d'un grand réfrigérateur, d'un évier et d'un micro-ondes. Il n'y a pas de cuisiniÚre, de four ou de laveuse / sécheuse car nous supposons que vous apprécierez l'un des nombreux restaurants de la région et que vous ne cuisinerez pas ou ne laverez pas pendant vos vacances! Our stay at the watercolor carriage house was amazing! Beth and Randy were wonderful host. Randy met us at our arrival to greet us and provide us with our wristbands and provided us insight into the local spots. The house was actually bigger and nicer than the pictures, I feel the pictures don’t give it justice. High ceilings and very spacious for our family of 3, and private/quiet. The home is closer to the entrance of watercolor and close to camp watercolor, it’s a 5 minute walk. We walked and drove to the beach club, the walk is about 20 minutes but it is worth it. There is a parking lot close to the beach club that is free. The community is absolutely beautiful. There are walking/biking paths everywhere. If you love nature, like we do, you’ll enjoy it. The beach club was great and they provide towels when you are there or to use at the beach. The food was good at the beach club but we had the opportunity to try other outside spots that were close.My top two places were the perfect pig for breakfast or dinner, it was absolutely delicious. They had an espresso martini and blackberry lemon drop- spicy martini that was top notch. Another favorite was the daytrader Tiki bar & restaurant, wow
 their Ahi Tuna salad was the best I’ve ever had. All I have to say is
if you haven’t experienced Watercolor, you need to. It really is magical. Beth & Randy’s place is the perfect spot to have that beach experience. I’ll be back next year, it’s that’s cool. Thank ya’ll!

A Slice of Coastal Heaven

From the moment my girls and I arrived at this charming beach house, we were completely smitten! The home is the perfect blend of comfort, style, and coastal charm. The location is unbeatable. We were steps from Camp Watercolor and the amazing Watercolor Trolley (free!) took us quickly to the beach! We rode our bikes to Seaside every evening and were just a short bike ride to the grocery store, coffee shop and pizza.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of our return. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay here with our two young children. The community is beautiful, clean and quiet. You can walk to everything that you may need (grocery store, restaurants, etc). Our kids had hours of fun at Camp Watercolor, especially on the waterslides! The Beach Club is a bit of a walk but very doable with the kids in a stroller. The communication and hospitality from Beth was unmatched! We can't wait to go back!!

Beth was an outstanding hostess. Our family of 3 loved our time in Watercolor for the long weekend. The carriage house was comfortable and peaceful, and we were able to easily bike or walk to Seaside, the beach, Grayton Beach, and the surrounding Watercolor neighborhood! We would love to return someday soon!

Exceptional getaway

We couldn't have asked for better accommodations for our short getaway! The room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We alternated between walking or taking the trolley to the spectacular beach club. The hosts were phenomonal-comminicative and extraordinarily nice. We would book this over and over again!

Amazing stay, hosts and location

Spring Break stay with our teenage daughters. Perfect location for the pools and to ride bikes or walk to the beach. Hands down Beth and Randy were the most accommodating hosts we’ve ever come across with several VRBO rental experiences. This place is a favorite!

Wine Festival Weekend 2024

Perfect location and hosts

We came down to the area for our sons proposal. Beth went above and beyond helping me find florists, food, everything I needed to throw a quick engagement party. The carriage house was the perfect spot for my husband and I to stay. Wish we could have stayed more then 2 nights. We will be back! Beth made us feel more like family than guests.

Amazing Time!

We had an amazing time! Beth and Randy were great and checked in with us regularly to see there was anything we needed. The carriage house was beautiful and in a great location right near Camp Watercolor. It was just a short trip to the Beach Club or the Boathouse. The amenities were wonderful and we can’t wait to come back! This trip couldn’t have gone any better. These are literally the best owners I’ve dealt with.

Carriage House

The carriage house was clean and comfortable for the two of us. Close to grocery store, five minute bike ride. We enjoyed having the bikes to ride around in the Water Color neighborhood and to the beach. Beth was an exceptional host, made sure we had everything we needed and even came to pick us up after our dinner because the trolley had stopped operating for the evening. We enjoyed visiting with Beth and Randy, and meeting Gunner their dog.

Wonderful Stay in Watercolor

My husband, two daughters (ages 8 and 10), and I just finished staying at this property for a week over Spring Break. We had such a lovely time! Beth and Randy are amazing hosts and very responsive and friendly. The location of the carriage house is perfect! Is is right around the corner from Camp Watercolor and also near several ponds with turtles and great walking and biking paths. The 30A area can be very busy over Spring Break, but Watercolor was a welcome relief from the craziness of Seaside. We definitely recommend this property!
