Seaside and a variety of restaurants are just a stroll or bike ride away. Plus, the public beach walkover awaits directly across 30A from the subdivision's entrance, ensuring convenient access to our white-sand beaches.



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.



Parking:

• Parking for 2 Vehicles.

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.

• NO STREET PARKING

• Guests do not have access to the garage.



House Rules:

• No smoking

• No parties or events

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

• Guests do not have access to the carriage house apartment.
