« Excellent villa, good location, close to shops, beach, and bars and restaurants. »

« La maison est parfaitement située à proximité de la ville de Santanyi, cala Figuera et des ses petites plages charmantes. Sachez tout de même qu'une route passe juste à coté. Pas de problème pour la nuit, avec les fenêtres fermées on entend rien. La clim est un vrai plus, surtout pour les mois de Juillet et d'Août. La maison est bien équipée, il pourrait par contre y avoir un complément de vaisselle, et un lave vaisselle un peu plus performant. Le barbecue extérieur est top aussi. Nous avons...

« Se Serra Mitjana is a lovely place to stay. The house is spacious but maintains a cosy atmosphere. The kitchen is well equipped and opens onto a verandah which is great for eating on. The gardens are speculator and provide plenty of areas for relaxing. The local village, Calonge, is lovely and only a short walk away. We would absolutely recommend this property »

« The villa is exactly as it appears in the photos. Actually I thought it was better in person. The location is amazing. Only a few things to be made aware of that are not deal breakers but definitely worth a mention. The villa is located right in front of the beach public toilet which means you get a very strong smell of sewage throughout the villa until its emptied once a week from what we could work out. « We have just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Binimelis, travelling as a nine person family ranging from 10 months to 62 years. Plenty of room space, and very well equipped. Fantastically positioned for everything - beaches, shops, bars and restaurants all within 5 minutes walk, yet very quiet area.
