hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Erstmals in Südamerika, war diese eine Klassevisitenkarte für unseren Aufenthalt. Jederzeit zu empfehlen. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis unübertrefflich. Schöne Terrasse zum Draussenessen. Betten mit höchstem Komfort. Stimmt alles.

Terrible experience i was ordering a blanket from room services and they bring me a blanket for dog dirty full of hair and bad conditions. Service too slow. Additional they did intend charge double for last night.

Wonderful experience from check-in all the way through the beautiful Romeo amenities that Jim, the views, the sauna was excellent, and I bred some reviews where the people complained about air-conditioning or petty things I’m telling you this Ritz-Carlton is a beautiful property, and well worth every penny, we loved our stay

Atendimento deixa a desejar. Ne café da manhã, fique esperando um bom tempo pelo café pelo chá. Foram servidos quando eu já estava terminando. Era melhor deixar à disposição para nos servimos. Academia péssima. Não tem ar condicionado! No final da tarde, fica pior que uma estufa. Impossível se exercitar sem passar mal.

Magnificent stay in Santiago, Chile
We arrived at the Ritz which is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Santiago. We arrived super early from our red-eye but the front desk accommodated us and had a room available right after we had the delicious free buffet breakfast. The room was impeccably decorated with a spectacular view of the city. The bed was like sleeping in a cloud and the deep marble tub was magnificent. Highly recommend this property for your stay in Santiago as it is centrally located to lots of shopping and tourist spots.

For starters the staff on reception and in the bar and breakfast restaurant are all fantastic and friendly. Service at the pool let the side down a bit. On the topic of the pool it’s in need of a little TLC and that’s probably true of much for the hotel. Nothing major just a lick of paint here or there. The beds are very comfortable and our room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was superb but only worth paying for if you’re going to take full advantage of all that’s on offer at that price point. If you just fancy a coffee and a pastry there are some nice coffee spots nearby. I would stay here again for sure.

This hotel and its staff were amazing during our stay. The accommodations are spacious and clean with staff coming into tidy up twice daily. The Lobby bar staff were great as well especially Isaiahs who remembered our names as well what we drank the day before. I especially loved loved the porter Oscar who is so amiable, just the sweetest man ever. I appreciate the birthday wishes and birthday champagne. There is truly nothing i could complain about. Thanks to the whole Ritz-Carlton staff for an amazing stay
