Hotel was under renovation and sometimes difficult to get in and out of the lot. No signage and often missed the turn off to get in.

Good location and views, free parking and couple of restaurants within a mile. Elevator and hallways were not clean. Noise due to renovation work. Breakfast was sub-standard. Sketchy to no phone service. Most restaurants and hotels have WiFi in the area.

We were woken up at 7am Saturday from the construction directly above our unit. The contractor was using hammer on the concrete floor directly over where we sleep. Needless to say, we had to wake up way early than we had anticipated. Although we didn’t minded that the hotel is under renovation (didn’t know until we got there), it is completely unacceptable for workers to be working before 8am!!! Especially on a Saturday!! The hotel staff could have arranged it so our room is not directly under where construction is happening. Asked for refund, but hotel staff didn’t respond.

Not queen size beds
Hotel is nice and quiet- Employees friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was decent. Indoor pool and fitness rooms nice. Hot tub was out of order, was told for 2 years lol. Biggest issue was beds not comfortable and room I booked said 2 queen beds but they were full size not queen.

The facilities are great. Spacious clean rooms. Breakfast meal was good. Only problem we had was lack of signage on the road. We went passed the road sign twice. Would stay there again when in the area.

Not happy campers!
Front desk people were very welcoming and helpful. The room was worn and a bit unclean ( eg hair in shower ). Kleenex box only had about 6 Kleenex's left. Alarm clock must have been accidentally put on by cleaning staff as it rang at 5 am... before we wanted to get up!

The hotel had a wonderful view up the mountain and was set back in the woods so the noise from the busy road was not a problem. The staff was friendly. Our dogs had good space for us to take them out for a walk.

Our disappointing trip to the mountains
We were disappointed in the room. There was mold in the bathroom. The TV did not work properly. We asked for someone to come in and look at it and they never came. Upon checking out the gal said we owed for one night for the couple we came with. I booked the hotel and knew I paid for 2 rooms for 3 nights. My friend had to pay the extra night. When I got home I found my receipt for 2 rooms for 3 nights. We are waiting for a refund for the one night for my friend on his credit card. When I got home I found a tick on my back which I had taken off by a doctor leaving me with the expense of a antibiotic. The food was good at breakfast and the location was great for getting around.

Good afternoon and thank you for your review. The tv i will check on, i am sorry. About your reservation it came through as only 2 nights. Not three like the other room. If you can send me the receipt where it was supposed to be a three night reservation that you pre paid for, I will gladly refund you for the night. if i can be of any assistance please feel free to call me.

The service was excellent, however, the room had a water leak and my sister had to be moved to another room. Ran out of food at the breakfast one morning. The hotel is going to be remodeled and these conditions will be taken care of.
