We did not meet anyone upon arrival but were given the door code and everything worked well. The home was spotless and as pictured on vrbo inside the home. We encountered some water issues that were resolved after a couple days. This was our biggest inconvenience. Unfortunately, the backyard issues were not addressed as quickly. The swimspa was not preheated as requested and took two days to get warm. The backyard lights were not functioning and limited the usage to daytime hours. The beautiful pictures of the backyard on VRBO were not reflected with the lighting or the swimspa cover. This was our biggest disappointment. With all this said...a big thank you to Alicia, her husband and her cleaning team for making the house spotlessly inviting. Alicia and Jon rectifyed the water issue as quickly as possible and tried to remedy the lighting issues and were partially successful. They were a delight to work with to resolve what they could. The management company, after discussion, did refund some of our money, which was apprecuated. My only advice is for future tenants, double check about timing of the pool heating schedule, ask if the house water has been checked for the sulpher smell and if the outside lights are operating properly as pictured on VRBO.
