The hotel was OK, definitely not like it looks like in photos. The pool area is very small and the flooring sticks to your feet which makes it come off in the pool. There’s several rocks, Band-Aids and hair floating around the pool at all times. The waterslide is also very violent at the end and all of my children got hurt. The hot tub was a cold tub the one morning that we went, and I had to inform the staff.
As for breakfast. Two members of our family can’t eat dairy or gluten and so it was disappointing to not see any gluten-free toast served with breakfast, or dairy free options. Even the eggs had dairy in them every morning. Lastly, there aren’t enough tables and chairs in the breakfast area so be prepared to stand around and wait for one.
We also booked a room with the kitchenette only to find that there is no oven or stove, so we couldn’t cook the food that we brought. Plus, no cots in the hotel was also disappointing. We won’t be staying here again.
