« We had a lovely stay. Cottage was perfect for two. Very cosy with everything we needed and very quiet. Very thoughtful touches left ready for us including a basket of logs for the fire and a hamper of goodies for our dog. Perfect location for exploring the area. We walked miles! Recommend a visit to Tar steps, Valley of the rocks and Baggy point. Also stunning beaches at Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton. Would recommend this cottage to everyone. »

« A beautiful little cottage, modern and very clean. Lovely decor and very pet friendly. The owners could not have been friendlier, such a nice helpful couple. Plenty of places to visit within a short distance. For a dog friendly beach, it has to be beautiful Summerleaze in Bude, with it's beach Lido, there's also a beautiful walk along the canal. I would highly recommend this lovely cottage. »

« Everything you need, bonus biscuits and half pint of milk on arrival very lovely. Slightly disappointed as had visions of morning tea at cast iron table (pictured) but unable to locate... bench out front nr bins, laundry, defib not same vibes but very lovely area, local pub great, nice walk down lanes, sadly chip shop was shut, store/post office beautiful with great selection of supplies. Local milk vending machine worth the walk. Took a trip to lundy, highly recommend. Other half not keen on...

« We chose this cottage due to its location in Appledore and that it's dog friendly. We stayed in Apple Tree cottage. It was a lovely surprise to see what lay behind the No 5 door. The cottage was clean and cosy. Tastefully decorated. It was well equipped with what you need for a comfortable stay. Free WiFi. TV with Net Flix etc.Nice bathroom with bath and shower. It is close to all the amenities Appledore has to offer. It is an ideal base to discover North Devon, which is beautiful. The garden...
