"I had a wonderful vacation at this hotel. The staff were very pleasant, caring, and attentive to my needs. Every time I called, they responded and helped right away — for example, when my daughter needed a nurse, one came immediately. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and during my 10-day stay, they changed the sheets and towels every day. The breakfast was good, with everything you need for a varied morning meal. Thank you to Jaisal and Zain for your kindness and warm welcome."

"Vue sur la burj Khalifa depuis la chambre, la piscine, prix raisonnable et service au carré. A 10min a pied en passant par les passerelles climatisées du métro et vous êtes au mall. Bref tout bon pour ce Sofitel Downtown"

"Very nice, still was expecting more... Staff is very nice, rooms are confortable and clean... Still was expecting a higher standard whrn it comes to food and small details in the room (EU electric socket everywhere in the room for example). But, it remains a no brainers choice and I may go there again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring Dubai. Everything exceeded our expectations. A very special thank you to Ranjith, who truly made our stay exceptional. He took great care of us from the moment we arrived, always with a warm smile, kindness, and professionalism. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. His outstanding service made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Ranjith is a real asset to the hotel, and we are very grateful for everything he did for us. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Dubai."
